These terms govern your use of usevitalyz.com and anything you buy from us. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are

2. What Vitalyz is, and what it is not

Vitalyz provides hair tissue mineral analysis and an educational report based on it. Your sample is analysed by a federally licensed United States clinical laboratory with over forty years of experience in hair mineral analysis, and the report explains what the measured levels and ratios are associated with.

It is not a medical diagnosis and it is not medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing we provide is a substitute for the advice of your doctor or pharmacist. Our reports describe what particular readings are commonly associated with. They do not tell you what is wrong with you.

Always speak to a qualified healthcare professional before changing any medication, and about any symptom that concerns you. Never delay seeking medical advice because of something you have read in one of our reports. If you have symptoms that worry you, please see your GP.

3. Who can order

You must be 18 or over and ordering from a United Kingdom address. We do not knowingly provide services to children.

Please do not order if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or being treated for a serious medical condition, without discussing it with your doctor first.

4. Pre-orders, prices and payment

Kits are currently sold on pre-order and ship from the 25th of September 2026. We take payment at the point of order. If we cannot despatch by the date shown when you ordered, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, in pounds sterling, including VAT where applicable. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free. We may change our prices, but never for an order you have already placed.

A retest is not included in the price of a kit and is bought separately.

5. Delivery

We deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If nothing arrives, tell us and we will resolve it.

6. Taking and sending your sample

Your kit contains instructions. Following them matters: a sample that is too small, contaminated, or taken from treated hair may not produce a usable result. If a sample cannot be analysed and you followed the instructions, we will replace the sample pack free of charge.

You must take the sample from yourself, or from someone who has agreed to it and is able to agree to it. Do not send us a sample from anyone who has not consented.

7. Your results

Turnaround is typically around two weeks from the laboratory receiving your sample, but this is an estimate rather than a promise. Your report, the audio breakdown and the protocol are delivered together.

The report is prepared for you and is for your personal use. Please do not resell it or present it as a clinical document. Results describe a three-month average of what was deposited in your hair, not what is in your blood today, and different measurements answer different questions.

8. Health information and your data

Answers you give us about symptoms and health are special category data under UK GDPR. We only collect and use them where you have given explicit consent, and we ask for that consent clearly rather than burying it. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will stop using the data and delete it where we are able to.

We do not sell your health data. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, who processes it and what your rights are.

9. Supplements

Any supplements we sell are food supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they do not replace a varied diet. Check the label before taking anything, particularly if you are on medication, and speak to your GP or pharmacist if you are unsure.

10. Your account and using the site

Please use the site honestly. Do not attempt to interfere with it, extract data from it in bulk, or use it in a way that breaks the law. We may suspend access if you do.

The content on this site, including our reports, copy, and designs, belongs to us. You may use it for your own purposes but not republish or resell it.

11. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses arising because you used a report as a substitute for medical advice.

We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else where the law does not allow a limit.

12. Cancelling and refunds

See our Refund Policy, which sets out your 14-day right to change your mind, the exceptions that apply once a sample pack is opened or a sample has been sent for analysis, and our voluntary 30-day guarantee.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

14. Complaints and governing law

If something has gone wrong, email sales@usevitalyz.com and we will try to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
